Ideal for seniors or anyone with impaired mobility, including in a wheelchair, this class is accessible to all. Also great for anyone who’d like to do a quick sequence during their work day. Poses are adaptations of yoga asanas (postures), done while in a chair or using a chair for support.

The lungs will be aided in increasing volume and strength, and drained of fluids through restorative postures, supported with props. This calming practice is ideal for everyone, whether recovering from illness or simple seeking tools for stress reduction.
