This 6-session coaching program is designed for individuals or groups ready to take an active role in their health and create sustainable change. In these sessions, you’ll receive a personalized Ayurvedic approach based on the 6 Pillars of Health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, Meditation, Emotional Healing, and Self-Care.
Together, we explore how these pillars apply to your unique constitution, current imbalances, lifestyle, and goals, ensuring recommendations are practical, realistic, and supportive of your nervous system and daily life.
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Each session builds upon the last, allowing time for assimilation, reflection, and growth as awareness and habits evolve. You’ll leave with a customized Ayurvedic daily routine.
