Geared towards those new to Yoga, or anyone who would like a gentle and meditative practice. We focus on the basics, proper breathing and alignment while holding postures. Props will be used to help advance into the postures and for safe transition in between.
Props needed: Blankets or towels, yoga bricks, yoga strap or long belt/scarf, chair. We will improvise if you do not have these handy.
Class Duration: 1 hour.
PLEASE NOTE: Purchase your class at least two hours before start time. You will receive a Zoom link 30 - 60 mins before class begins.
Class may be cancelled if attendance is low. If so, you will be notified and refunded.
