What does it mean to age well, while staying vital, clear, and joyfully embodying the experience?
This five-week series draws on the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda to answer that question practically. Each session weaves together philosophy, science, movement, and deep rest, giving you both the understanding and the direct experience of practices that have supported human longevity for thousands of years.
We'll explore the Ayurvedic concept of Ayus (lifespan as a quality, not just a number), the role of Agni (digestive fire) in keeping us sharp and resilient, Ojas (the vital essence built through right living), and the relationship between Prana, Vata, and the aging nervous system. Each class closes with pranayama and Yoga Nidra, practices that restore what daily life depletes.
Each 90-minute session includes: 15 min teaching talk · 60 min asana · 15 min pranayama & relaxation
