March is the season of renewal. In both Yoga and Ayurveda, this time of year invites us to clear stagnation, build fresh energy, and step forward with clarity and purpose. This special 4-week Sunday series is designed to support that transition.

Swing Into Spring series is a progressive journey through the seasonal shift:

Mar 8 – Cleanse
We’ll release winter heaviness with twists, gentle heat-building practices, and simple Ayurvedic tools for reducing sluggishness.

Mar 15 – Ignite
A stronger, energizing practice to build agni (digestive fire), strengthen the core, and rekindle motivation.

Mar 22 – Expand 
Heart and lung-opening postures to create space — physically and emotionally — as we welcome new growth.

Mar 29 – Rise
An uplifting sequence with balancing postures and meditation to help you move into spring feeling light, clear, and confident.

Each class will include:
• A brief seasonal talk with practical Ayurvedic guidance
• A 60-minute asana practice
• Pranayama and deep relaxation

All levels are welcome.Postures are made accessible with props.

Dates: Sundays Mar 8, 15, 22 & 29.

Time: 10:00 - 11:30am ET

Location: Zoom. Link will be emailed the day before and an hour before class.

Cost: Full series - $140. Drop-In - $45 per session.

Props optional: Blankets or towels, yoga bricks, yoga strap or long belt/scarf, chair. We will improvise if you do not have these handy.

Please have a yoga mat to practice on.

PLEASE NOTE: Once registered, your spot will be held for the series. If you are unable to attend a class live, you will have access to the video for 10 days.
