7 Steps to Wholeness - A Chakra and Asana practice: Jan 11, 18, 25, Feb 1, 8, 15, 22.

Chakras are focal points of convergence of astral nerves in the astral body, arranged along the spine in the physical body. Each week, we will explore one chakra, starting with the root chakra, through a practice that includes asana, pranayama, and guided chakra meditation. This series is meant to support grounding, balance, and stability as we move into the new year with clarity and intention.

What the series includes:

  • 7 live online classes (90 minutes each).

  • A focused theme each week, moving from Root to Crown Chakra.

  • Full class recordings (available for 10 days).

  • Simple PDF handouts for each chakra (key qualities, and practices to support).

Early Registration Bonus (for those who register by Jan4th):

  • An exclusive 20-minute Foundational Root Chakra Meditation — a standalone grounding practice designed to support nervous system regulation and stability before and throughout the series. Available on Jan 9th.

  • Extended access to class recordings for 30 days.

  • This foundational Root Chakra meditation is different from the in-class meditation and is intended as a repeatable practice you can return to again and again.

    $250 for full 7-week series. $45 drop-in for each class.

All levels welcome. Postures are made accessible with props.

Location: Zoom. Link will be emailed the day before and an hour before class.

Props optional: Blankets or towels, yoga bricks, yoga strap or long belt/scarf, chair. We will improvise if you do not have these handy. Please have a yoga mat to practice on.
