Ignite Agni, Boost Your Immunity - Dec 7th, Dec 14th, Dec 21st.
This series combines the Ayurvedic principle of Agni - inner fire, with the practice of yoga, to strengthen immunity. As winter arrives, agni becomes essential to staying strong, balanced, and healthy. When agni is strong we feel clear, energized and resilient. When agni is weak we feel sluggish, heavy and foggy. In this three-class series, we’ll explore how yoga, breath, and Ayurveda work together to kindle and stabilize agni, supporting digestion, immunity, vitality, and emotional balance.
Each class will offer heating asanas, pranayama, solar plexus activation, and deep relaxation. You’ll learn simple practical Ayurvedic insights you can use daily. A home-practice handout for daily rituals will help you maintain a daily practice to help boost vitality during the winter months.
This series is perfect for anyone wanting to support their immunity and energy during the cold season.

All levels welcome. Postures are modified for accessibility.
Props optional: Blankets or towels, yoga bricks, yoga strap or long belt/scarf, chair. We will improvise if you do not have these handy.
