Open class

This class is open to all levels of practitioners. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, you can pace yourself with the use of props and follow a meditative sequence designed for building strength and stability. Focus will be on breathing, alignment and holding postures.

Props optional: Cushions, blankets, yoga bricks, yoga strap or long belt, scarf, chair. We will improvise if you do not have these handy.
