Ideal for seniors or anyone with impaired mobility, including in a wheelchair, this class is accessible to all. Also great for anyone who’d like to do a quick sequence during their work day. Poses are adaptations of yoga asanas (postures), done while in a chair or using a chair for support.
Props needed: Chair with a straight back, cushions or bricks, yoga strap or long belt, scarf. We will improvise if you do not have these handy.
