Hatha Yoga - In-person (& online) at Broome Street Ganesha Temple

This classical Hatha Yoga class focuses on grounding and bringing stability to the body and mind, while building strength and flexibility through a slow-paced meditative practice. Open to all levels of practitioners, whether you are a beginner or an advanced student. You are encouraged to pace yourself with the use of props and follow a meditative sequence. Focus will be on breathing, alignment and holding postures.
Props: Please bring your own yoga mat and yoga belt, or long scarf. There are a few mats available for rent, for $3.
